The BAADER 434 is an industrial fish processing machine designed specifically for the automated heading of high-value fish species, primarily Atlantic salmon and sea trout.
Its main purpose is to maximize processing yield by performing a highly precise cut that removes the head while leaving as much valuable neck meat on the trunk as possible.
Key Features & Capabilities
- The U-Cut Advantage: Standard straight cuts often lose considerable amounts of neck meat. The BAADER 434 utilizes a unique «U-cut» shape that conforms perfectly behind the collarbone and pectoral girdle, saving critical meat right at the start of the filleting line.
- Size-Adaptive System: The machine automatically adjusts to natural size variations within a batch, providing a consistent cut geometry without requiring manual re-calibration for each fish.
