The BAADER 182 is a high-speed, industrial whitefish processing machine manufactured by the German company BAADER, a leader in fish processing technology.
Unlike traditional setups that require separate stations for different processing steps, the BAADER 182 is highly efficient because it combines heading, gutting, and filleting into a single operation.
Key Features & Capabilities
- All-in-One Processing: It takes whole, ungutted fish and performs the head cut, guts the fish, and cuts standard or pinbone-free fillets in one continuous line.
- Electronic Measuring: The machine features an internal electronic control system that measures each fish individually. It automatically adjusts the cutting knives using stepping motors to optimize the yield based on the fish’s specific proportions.
- High Throughput: It can process up to 120 fish per minute, typically requiring just two human operators to manually feed the fish into the intake trays.
- Versatile Cuts: It can perform standard fillets, pinboneless products, and J-cuts (with a separate takeaway).
